Cookie Policy

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar technologies that let a website keep small pieces of information in your browser between page loads. In this policy we refer to all of them together as “cookies and similar technologies”.

2. What we use

Prismar uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage: to sign you in, to keep you signed in, to protect the sign-in process, and to remember your own preferences (your theme, some interface state, and your cookie choice on this page).

We use no advertising, no analytics, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party cookies. We do not sell or share any of this information, and none of it is used to profile you.

4. Legal basis

All of the above are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested, so no consent is required for them under § 25(2) TDDDG. Where they involve processing of personal data, that processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performing our agreement with you) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the service). For details on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Managing cookies

Because Prismar uses only strictly necessary cookies and storage, there are no optional cookies to turn on or off and nothing to consent to. You can still delete or block cookies through your browser’s settings at any time. Note that blocking the essential cookies above will break sign-in — you will not be able to stay logged in.
